Conservatory

The Conservatory is an all-white elegant rectangular space with four large North and West facing windows. With a large white cyclorama wall, this room remains neutral enough to provide a versatile backdrop for many different creative projects. With neutral coloured furniture and off-white accessories this timeless, elegant and modern 700 square foot space is an ideal space for portraits, wedding photos, family sessions and commercial campaigns.

This booking calendar is for photo & video sessions without audio sensitivity.

Holiday setups take place between October 1st and January 1st and cannot be removed from the studio room.

Studio

Conservatory

Elegant 700 sq. foot white studio a large white cyclorama wall, white flooring throughout the room and modern furniture and accessories. This room also features 4 large oversized windows and stunning modern wainscotted wall and a white arch.

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our cyclorama wall and white floors clean and stain free. Please wear shoe coverings when you enter the studio room, and switch to clean indoor shoes to use the cyclorama. There is a $50 repainting fee for staining cyclorama wall.

For rentals under 2 hours, each item can be rented for $25.

Food and drinks

Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to white furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Holiday setups take place from October – January 1st. Please contact us prior to booking
if you are looking for a non-holiday-themed room.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
